TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Following are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the Homestay:-

1. No DRUGS

2. No ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

3. No MASSIVE ALCOHOL

4. No LOUD NOISE After 11pm (To respect and to be considerate of the Neighbours)

5. No PARKING in front of other resident house. (The homestay can accommodate 6 cars inside the house compound. For additional cars, there are paid street parking available nearby).

 

PAYMENT

1. Full payment of the total rental fees is required before check –in and via internet Banking only.

2. A refundable Deposit of RM500 is required upon booking for the Whole house and RM100 for Room.

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

1. Any Cancellation after Booking payment is made is Non-refundable.

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in

1. The Check-in is anytime after 4.00pm.

Check-out

1. The Check-out time is 12.00pm.                                                                                                                                                               

2. Late Check-out will be subject to late charges imposed at the discretion of the owner, gurneydrivepenanghomestay.com.

 

 

DAMAGE

1. Guest are liable for any Damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Whole House and Property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether staying or not staying at the house) during your stay.

2. Guest are responsible for paying the Damage Claim amounts necessary to gurneydrivepenanghomestay.com owner to cover any damage that you, your guest(s) or your pet(s) caused to the Property.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Gurneydrivepenanghomestay.com owner is not in a position to guarantee Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to acts of God, flood, riot, accidents, death or even acts of negligence.

2. Gurneydrivepenanghomestay.com owner will not be responsible for Guest’s property left in the Guest’s room or Property due to loss or damage during the stay.

3. Whilst all activities have inherent risks to Health and Safety, gurneydrivepenanghomestay.com owner will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website.

4. Guests are advised to obtain Insurance to cover curtailment, damages, loss of luggage, personal effects, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.
